1. General terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs every ticket purchase, entry registration and enrolment for events, seminars, training sessions and competitions organised by Elite PMU League, whether made through elitepmuleague.com or any other authorised channel.

By completing a purchase and payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and unreservedly accepted the terms of this policy.

2. Non-refundable fees

All amounts paid are final and non-refundable.

Specifically, no refund — whether full or partial — will be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of participation by the customer, regardless of when notice is given.
  • Inability of the customer to attend the event, for any reason whatsoever.
  • Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show).
  • Late arrival or departure before the end of the programme.
  • Non-attendance of part of the programme, of individual sessions, seminars or competition categories.
  • Travel difficulties, personal reasons, professional commitments, health reasons or any other impediment affecting the customer.
  • Failure to obtain, or delay in obtaining, an entry visa, passport or other travel document.

3. No transfers, no credit

Tickets and entry places are personal and:

  • may not be transferred to any third party,
  • may not be converted into credit or a voucher for a future event,
  • may not be carried over to a subsequent event or to a different participation category,
  • may not be exchanged for other services or products.

4. Change of participation category

Any request to change participation category (for example, from visitor to competitor) is considered at the organiser’s sole discretion and subject to availability. Where such a request is approved, any price difference is payable by the customer; no difference is refunded where the customer moves to a category of lower value.

5. Cancellation or postponement by the organiser

Should the organiser definitively cancel the event through its own decision, the customer is entitled, at the organiser’s option, either to credit of equal value towards the next event or to a refund of the amount paid, less bank charges and transaction fees.

In the event of postponement, a change of date or a change of venue, tickets remain fully valid for the new date and no right to a refund arises.

The organiser accepts no liability for any expenses incurred by the customer that are not directly related to the participation fee, including but not limited to travel costs, flights, accommodation, materials or models.

6. Force majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for the non-holding or interruption of the event due to events of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government prohibitions or restrictive measures, strikes, extreme weather conditions or other events beyond its control. In such cases no obligation to refund arises; the organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer credit towards a future event.

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Under Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994 (as in force, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. The services provided by Elite PMU League fall within this exemption.

8. Conduct

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to, or to remove from the venue, any participant or visitor who breaches the event regulations, health and safety rules, or who behaves inappropriately, without any right to a refund of the amount paid.
